When you submit a project request, we collect the details necessary to fulfill it, including sign dimensions, material selection, project description, target completion date, and any photos you provide (such as images of your storefront or installation location).
Payment Information
When you submit a deposit, we record the amount paid and associate it with your user account (user ID) for order tracking and accounting purposes. Payment card details are processed by our third-party payment processor and are not stored directly on our servers.
Contact Form Submissions
If you submit a contact form, we collect whatever information you choose to provide in that form (such as your name, email, phone number, and message).
Mobile Phone Number and SMS/MMS Communications
If you provide your mobile phone number to us, we may use it to send you text messages (SMS) or multimedia messages (MMS) related to your account or projects, such as order updates, appointment reminders, or requests for information needed to complete your project. We do not use your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data for marketing purposes unless you separately and expressly consent to receive marketing messages.

- Types of messages: You may receive SMS or MMS messages related to your account, project status updates, appointment or deposit reminders, and responses to inquiries you've submitted.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the status of your project(s).
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Opting out: You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the message reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may re-subscribe at any time by contacting us directly.
- Getting help: If you need help or have questions at any time, reply HELP to any message, or contact us directly at jpsignstudiony@gmail.com.
- Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in Section 7 below.
