Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to request or purchase our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not currently require account registration to submit a project or request.

When you submit a project — including sign dimensions, material, description, target date, and any photos — we use this information to prepare a project scope and quote. Quotes and project details provided prior to a signed agreement or accepted deposit are estimates only and are not binding on either party until a deposit is submitted and accepted.

If any information you provide is incomplete or ambiguous, we will contact you by phone to request clarification or updated details before proceeding.

• A deposit of 15% of the total project price is required before work begins.
• The deposit is refundable only if we are unable to perform the job.
• If you cancel the project before the design phase is complete, your deposit will be refunded.
• Once the design phase is complete, the deposit becomes non-refundable, even if you subsequently cancel the project.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.
• We do not charge late fees or penalties for late payment of the remaining balance; however, we reserve the right to delay delivery, installation, or release of the finished product until payment is received in full.

You may cancel your project at any time by notifying us. If cancellation occurs before the design phase is complete, your deposit will be refunded in full. If cancellation occurs after the design phase is complete, the deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the project's stage of completion at the time of cancellation.

Installation of signage is performed directly by JP Sign Studio. Estimated timelines for fabrication and installation are estimates only and are not guaranteed; actual timelines may vary due to material availability, weather, site conditions, or other factors outside our control.

For customers who purchase TV menu setup, we provide access to software for managing TV menu content at no additional charge as part of your signage purchase. This access is provided on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for use in connection with your business. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the software from time to time. You are responsible for the accuracy of any content you upload or manage through the software.

All designs, artwork, and related materials created by JP Sign Studio in connection with your project remain the exclusive property of JP Sign Studio, whether or not the project is ultimately completed or paid in full, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

We reserve the right to use photographs, images, or descriptions of completed projects in our portfolio, website, advertising, and other marketing materials. If you would prefer that your project not be used for these purposes, please notify us in writing prior to project completion.

We provide a one (1) year warranty on our signage covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of project completion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, weather events beyond normal wear, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or acts of third parties. To make a warranty claim, contact us using the information in Section 11 below.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Sign Studio's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, arising from your use of our Services or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
